Our History
Process and Data Design Services LLC is relatively new, but many of the ideas, techniques, and solutions we use, including TaskMap, originated during more than 30 years at Harvard Computing Group (more about HCG and the invention of TaskMap).
Our Founder
Scott Helmers is a multi-decade industry veteran, best-selling author of books about Microsoft Visio, celebrated speaker and trainer, and an expert in process mapping and data visualization. He founded Process and Data Design Services to contine the legacy of Harvard Computing Group by helping organizations define and document complex processes and operational data.
